Keep it safe, Keep it simple

Whilst working on a frame for a former competitor Victor had a lightbulb moment as there were no safe systems of work to prevent falls from height. Victor had a vision of a company where no one had to be put at risk at the cost of the program, quality, and profit. From here Victor set out on his mission. Creating Phoenix, a forward-thinking company that will lead the way in site safety and ensures that safe practices are always a priority. Along with this, the experience that is incorporated in all levels of Phoenix accelerates the company's drive to be the best and only deliver top quality results, and has paved the way for our current success.

Temporary Works Management

Whether you require complex Temporary Works for a large scale project or something more basic for a foundation or wall for an extension, you must ensure you comply with current legislation.

Technical Support and Value Engineering

All projects, whatever their size or complexity, benefit from an independent review of the design. We can offer a no obligation review of your Structural Engineers Design and advise on “buildability”, “cost to value”, and build durations.

Our team have decades of combined experience in general building and large scale construction and can often advise safer, cheaper, quicker or more robust solutions.

REINFORCEMENT

Our team of Steel fixers are dedicated and passionate to ensuring quality work. With years of knowledge behind them, they welcome any challenge. We are able to offer advice and efficient ways of fixing complex reinforcement designs.

CONCRETE PLACEMENT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shuttering Carpenter to join the Phoenix Construction Team. This role has been created to expand our workforce in response to our busy schedule. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work on their own initiative.

Phoenix is a fast-growing team that offers numerous exciting opportunities. We provide fantastic working conditions, along with a 1.5x hourly wage for Saturday work.
