We were brought in to construct an apron slab for the Bellozanne Biosolids Plant—a project that required both precision and efficiency. The initial plan included isolation, longitudinal, expansion, and crack inducer joints, but through close collaboration with the Structural Engineers, we introduced cast in sacrificial screed rails to streamline the process.
This approach maintained the structural design of the slab while significantly reducing time on the programme—delivering both quality and efficiency. Understanding the importance of millimetre-perfect accuracy, our team executed the project flawlessly, reinforcing our reputation for precision work. Most importantly, this project marked the beginning of a strong relationship with a new Principal Contractor—one we look forward to building on in the future.
